75 Merrion Square

A shell and core refurbishment of a mid-Terrace four-storey over basement Georgian building on Merrion Square, the project required overcoming significant challenges in balancing the need for strengthening of a significantly degraded structure while conserving valuable historic building fabric. The end-result, including repointing of the Merrion Square facade has seen this structure returned to its’ former glory, now being marketed as a fully fit-for-purpose and rather special office environment.
