Spencer Dock Hotel

Appointed as Concept Designers, the brief called for the creation of an eye-catching and iconic ‘statement’ building that would instantly create an identity for a larger Commercial scheme.
The proposal converts the existing Protected Structure into Hotel, Public areas, and Luxury Suites while a rear extension housing 180 Bedrooms and cantilevered Rooftop bar and Restaurant is conceived in a softly flowing free-form as a deliberate counterpoint to the gridded streetscape of the Docks.
