The Woolstore

A Protected Structure in the Docklands dating from the mid 1800’s, the Woolstore is to be transformed into a series of unique ‘loft-style’ office spaces that play-up the original stone walls and timber beamed floors and roofs against a series of sensitively inserted modern interventions that address the demands of a modern tech work environment. The voluminous roof space plays host to a mezzanine floor which opens onto a south-facing terrace enjoying views of the river Liffey and South city.
